Problem

Modern building design is highly complex with many detailed decisons to be made. Collaboration between architects, engineers, interior designers and GC's is problematic. After handoff, the facilities management needs to access data which is often unstructured.

Solution

A Digital Twin can help with all of these decisions by providing a photorealistic environment, accurate real time lighting and full simulation of the building operation. All of this can be viewed on a screen or in VR including collaboration in VR. Data, such as PDFs and drawings, can be connected to the twin and queried using Generative AI techniques.
